Summer is the perfect time to enjoy the natural beauty, pristine environment and beautiful white sandy beaches of Jervis Bay. Under threat of large scale development In the 1970s, the bay was heritage-listed to preserve it as a ‘place for escape from the pressures of urban life.’
Combining historical photographs with the paintings of John Heffill, Nicci Bedson and Billy Bedwell, this small exhibition casts a lens on Huski as a village from the 1950s.
It’s a summer story, of beautiful beaches, the village, and a laid-back Aussie lifestyle.
