Shake It Off | Awareness & Resilience workshop

Join us this November for Domestic Violence Awareness Month to build awareness of coercive control and develop tools to support yourself and others.

This unique workshop combines guided Embodied Imagination® practices with a soothing Crystal & Tibetan Singing Bowl Sound Immersion. Led by 20-year expert Rebecca Hall, this session is designed to help you:

  • Recognise your body’s signals
  • Tune in and trust your perceptions
  • Foster emotional clarity and feel safe
  • Reset and find a fresh way of being

Date: Saturday, 8 November 2025

Oki do Yoga Program | calming exploration of the mind, body and breath

Join us for a fun and calming exploration of the mind, body and breath. A 4-week introductory Oki do Yoga program for children aged between 5-8 years, together with their parent/guardian/carer.

When: Saturdays | 17th, 24th, 31st January & 7th February 2026.

Time: 9:30am – 10:15am

Where: Classes to be held in a sheltered outdoor community space nestled in a natural space
(Behind the Jervis Bay Maritime Museum in Huskisson near the beginning of the
Mangrove Boardwalk)

Price: Spaces are limited so booking is essential.
$18 each or $50 for all 3 classes

Art Studio- Anna- Nangle

Join Anna Nangle in a colourful two-hour art workshop, inspired by her Exhibition- 1000 Colours for Lalita.

Participates will create small, colour, abstract, geometric A5 sized artworks. The focus will be on remembering and accessing the intuitive and spontaneous feeling of joy that children experience when working with colour.

When: Wednesday 25th February | 10am -12pm | Jervis Bay Maritime Museum & Gallery

Cost: $30 pp

Booking Includes – A short visit to the Exhibition | 1000 Colours for Lalita, all art supplies and some light refreshments.
