nA couple visited the Museum this week and it turned out to be Michael Conners (pictured with Bridget Sant) he used to work on the Lady Denman as a Shipwright at Garden Island , corking, painting and general duties that shipwrights do while the Vessel is in dry dock.

nMichael also travelled to and from work on the Denman occasionally having a go at steering her between destinations.
